Paint the Scene is operated by Blink Studio. By visiting paintthescene.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

One account per person. We may suspend accounts that show signs of fraud, abuse, or repeated chargebacks.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to cancel any order with a pricing error, with a full refund. Stock is made-to-order — we'll let you know promptly if something is unexpectedly delayed.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We never see or store your card number. COD is available where applicable.

All original artwork, photography, copy, and design on this site is owned by Blink Studio or licensed to it. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any image or text without written permission.

Public-domain works we restore and print retain their public-domain status as artworks; our scans, edits, and arrangements remain ours.

When you buy a print, you own that physical print. You don't own the right to reproduce or commercially resell the image.

Anything you submit (reviews, photos, comments) you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display on the site and our social channels.

To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
