Any unframed or framed print, returned in its original packaging, in resaleable condition. Personalised or custom-sized prints are non-returnable (we'll flag this clearly at checkout).

1. Email us at hello@paintthescene.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We'll arrange a reverse pickup from your address — usually within 48 hours.
3. Once we receive and inspect the print, refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.

If your print arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge. No need to return the damaged piece — just send a photo.

Want a different size or frame? Initiate a return as above and place a new order — we'll refund the original in full.
